By order of the Federal Council, an obligation to cover the mouth and nose has been in force since 19 October in indoor rooms open to the public. This is in addition to the already existing obligation to wear the mask in closed cable cars and public transport.
Generally, the same rules apply to the cable cars as to public transport. Wherever possible, a distance of 1.5 m should be kept. In addition, already since 6 July 2020, wearing a mask is mandatory. This applies to the cable cars Stargels-Grauberg and Laax Murschetg-Crap Sogn Gion, but not to the open chair lifts Foppa, Naraus and Falera. Masks can be purchased at the ticket offices and guest information offices for CHF 1. Guests without masks may not be transported in the cable cars. Disinfectants are available for use. If possible, tickets should be purchased online to avoid contact points. Those who prefer to use the ticket office are kindly asked to pay via contactless payment. The other rules of the FOPH are to be observed at all times.
