The pizzas to Giovanni's taste are crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Thanks to long maturation (36 hours) the dough becomes tastier. Our favorites are the Bufala with Buffalo mozzarella and datterini tomatoes and the bianca with Gorgonzola, figs, nuts and some rocket. Giovanni is also a great wine lover. He serves his Amici with Joy a fine drop from bella Italia! Buon appetito!

Start with a Buttermilk Southern Fried Chicken (tip: our self-fermented Frickin' Hot Sauce is the "burner"), the popular Coq au Vin or the crisp Chimichanga. BÜNDERSTUBE NEWLY INTERPRETED (VEGAN / VEGETARIAN)

 

Vegan millet capuns - this is the latest creation of the Hotel Adula chef Thomas Huber. For the restaurant La Clav Thomas Huber has conjured up a completely new food concept for the winter season 2020/2021. La Clav is reinventing itself and yet much remains the same: Although the restaurant positions itself now as vegan/vegetarian, one finds those the old well-known classics from the former Bündnerstube still in the menu. So evenly vegan Capuns, vegetarian Flimser hemp Pizokel or a pumpkin Maroni Gulasch. And the ingredients still come from the region.

 

In addition to the creative dishes, a look at the ceiling of the restaurant La Clav is also worthwhile. This original work of art, which is on the ceiling, was painted many decades ago by the artist Alois Carigiet. He is also better known as the creator of the Schellenursli.

Real alpine cuisine! Our Dorfbeiz offers traditional, warming dishes from Graubünden and other alpine regions. These include homemade pizokels - possibly the best far and wide - Capunet, Pizzoccheri and the classic Capuns! If you feel like meat, enjoy a forked, braised beef "bäggli" with a "Härdöpfelstock". The regional specialties are rounded off with an excellent selection of wines from the Bündner Herrschaft, Ticino and South Tyrol. Viva!
