What is a guest card?
A guest card entitles overnight guests or holiday apartment owners to benefit from various exclusive regional offers.

Who is entitled to a guest card?
As an overnight guest or holiday apartment owner you can enjoy many advantages in Flims Laax Falera. With the digital guest card, you have access to additional, exclusive and time-limited offers. As an overnight guest you receive a weekly guest card and as an owner or permanent renter an annual guest card.

Where can I get the guest card?
You will receive the weekly guest card from your host on arrival. If this is not the case, you can contact one of our guest information offices. Are you an owner or permanent renter? You can find more information below.

What is the difference between the guest card and the digital guest card?
The digital guest card is activated on the smartphone (Video Tutorial). It is still possible to apply for a physical guest card. This contains a smaller offer than the digital guest card.

What does the digital guest card offer?
What does the digital guest card offer?In addition to the basic offers (basic), exclusive and time-limited offers will be activated. You will also receive an overview of all offers, their providers and conditions. The card is automatically extended after expiry if you are entitled to it.

Which new offers/benefits do I receive with the digital guest card?
You will find the exclusive offers and benefits in the guest card area of the INSIDE LAAX app. If you wish, you can be informed about current offers with push messages.

Which offers/benefits do I receive with the physical guest card?
You'll find the overview of all physical guest card offers in this list.

Is the physical guest card still valid once I have activated the digital guest card in the INSIDE LAAX app?
Yes, you can still take advantage of the basic offers by showing your physical guest card.

You are not interested in a digital guest card?
You can still present your physical card, even without activating the digital version.

Can I also take advantage of the exclusive offers of the digital guest card with the physical card?
No. The exclusive offers and benefits are only available to you with the digital guest card function in the INSIDE LAAX app.

Can the QR code be scanned multiple times?
No. Once the QR code has been scanned, it cannot be used again.

Are the offers/advantages of the digital guest card transferable to other people?
No. Exclusive offers are only available to the person who has activated the digital guest card in the INSIDE LAAX app. It is convenient to have one card for all guests (e.g. families). The number of guests must be adjusted in the app.

Questions for holiday apartment owners and permanent tenants

Where can I, as an owner, obtain the guest card?
If you have activated the 19/20 guest card in the INSIDE LAAX app, the card will be automatically renewed if you are entitled. If this is not the case, you will receive a letter by post with the access data before the winter season 20/21. If this is not the case either, or if you would like a physical card, you can apply for one here: Application form

As an official landlord, where do I get the guest cards for my guests?
Landlords receive a letter home by the beginning of the season. If this is not the case, guest cards can be obtained from the Flims Laax Falera guest information centre. These are valid digitally for one week from the time of login. The purchase of these cards is registered.

What do I do if I have lost my annual guest card or in case I have not received one?
If you are entitled, you can apply for it via the application form. The number of annual guest card is determined on the basis of the size of the flat. Additional family members and friends can pick up weekly guest cards at the Flims Laax Falera guest information offices if they are eligible.

How many annual guest cards can I get?
The number depends on the size of the flat. Your own children under 12 years of age can use your annual guest card without registration.

What is the validity period of the annual guest card?
The annual guest card is valid from 1 November to 31 October of the following year. If the digital guest card is still valid, it will be extended immediately and you don't have to worry about it anymore.

Can additional weekly guest cards be obtained for guests?
Yes, additional weekly guest cards can be obtained from the Flims Laax Falera guest information. This is only possible if a valid annual ticket can be presented. The purchase of additional weekly guest cards is registered. Weekly tickets have no expiry date.

What happens to the reporting blocks?
The reporting blocks are valid until 31.10.2020. By this date, all other registration blocks must be returned to the municipalities.
