What is a guest card?
A guest card entitles overnight guests or vacation home owners to benefit from various exclusive regional offers.

Who is entitled to a guest card?
As an overnight guest or vacation home owner you can enjoy many benefits in Flims Laax Falera. With the Digital Guest Card you have access to additional, exclusive and time-limited offers. As an overnight guest you will receive a guest card which is valid for three weeks and as an owner or a permanent tenant you get a guest card without expiry date.

Where do I get the guest card?
You will receive the guest card from your host upon arrival. If this is not the case, you can contact one of our guest information offices. Are you an owner or a permanent tenant? You can find more information below.

What is the difference between the paper guest card and the digital guest card?
The digital guest card is activated on your smartphone (video instructions). There is still the possibility to apply for a paper guest card. This contains a smaller offer than the digital guest card.

What does the digital guest card offer?
In addition to the basic offers, exclusive and time-limited offers will be successively activated. You will also receive an overview of all offers, their providers and conditions. The card is valid indefinitely and will be deactivated if you lose your entitlement. 

What new offers/benefits will I receive with the digital guest card?
You will find the exclusive offers/benefits in the guest card area of the LAAX app. On request, we will inform you about current offers with push messages.

What offers/benefits do I receive with the paper guest card?
You can find the analog offers here.

Is the paper guest card still valid if I have activated the digital guest card in the LAAX app?
Yes. These offers can still be used by showing the paper card.

You don't want a digital guest card?
You can continue to show the paper card, even without activating the digital version.

Can I also take advantage of the exclusive offers of the digital guest card with the paper card?
No. The exclusive offers and benefits are only available to you with the digital guest card function in the LAAX app.

Can the QR code be scanned more than once?
No. Once the QR code has been scanned, it cannot be used a second time.

Are the offers/benefits of the digital guest card transferable to other persons?
No. Exclusive offers are only available to the person who has activated the digital guest card in the LAAX app. Conveniently, one card can be activated for all guests (e.g. for families). The number of guests must be adjusted in the app.

How do I activate my owner guest card?
You can find detailed instructions on how to activate it here.

Where do I get the guest card as an owner?
If you have activated the guest card in the LAAX app, the card has been automatically extended. Do you want a paper card, then you can apply for it via the form or at the guest information desk.

Do you still want a guest card in paper form?
Come by the guest information with your guest card 21/22 and we will replace the card. If you lose your card, you can apply for a new one directly via this form or at the guest information desk.

You want to digitalize your guest card, but you don't have a code?
You can apply for a code for the owner card directly via this form or at the guest information desk.

Where do I get the guest cards for my guests as an official landlord?
You can get the cards at the guest information Flims Laax Falera. These are digitally valid for three weeks from the time of login. The purchase of these cards is registered.

What do I do if I lose my guest card?
Owner guest cards can be requested via this form or at the guest information desk. The number of owner guest cards was determined based on the size of the apartment. Guest cards (valid for one week) for other family members and friends can be picked up at the guest information without an application form.

How many guest cards will I receive?
The number depends on the size of the apartment.

How long is the guest card valid?
The owner guest card is valid indefinitely. The card will be deactivated when the entitlement expires. 

Can additional guest cards be obtained for guests?
Yes. Additional guest cards (valid for three weeks) can be obtained from the Flims Laax Falera guest information office. This is only possible if a valid owner guest card can be presented. The purchase of additional guest cards will be registered. The guest cards have no expiration date and can still be used if the card was not activated yet.

What happens to the registration blocks?
The registration blocks were valid until 31.10.2020.

As an official landlord, where can I get the guest cards for my guests?
Landlords can obtain the guest cards from the Flims Laax Falera guest information offices. These are valid digitally for three weeks from the time of login. The purchase of these cards will be registered.
