Secure TOPCARD!

The online pre-sale of the TOPCARD 24/25 started on March 1, 2024. Get the year-round card for the destinations LAAX, Arosa Lenzerheide and Davos Klosters in advance and benefit from attractive advance booking conditions. As of this year, you can order the TOPCARD not only via the webshop, but also directly via the LAAX app.

By renewing the TOPCARD for 2024/2025 via the webshop or LAAX app, the TOPCARD is loaded directly onto the keycard. All you have to do is have your keycard with you the next time you pass the turnstile.

Start of the main season 26 - 27 June

The main season in the destination Flims Laax Falera starts this Saturday, June 26, 2021. The following offers are therefore available daily.

Transport and lifts:

Nagens Shuttle
The Nagens Shuttle will operate daily from Friday, June 25, 2021 on. The regular timetable applies.

Alp Mora Bus
From Saturday, June 26, 2021 to Sunday, August 15, 2021, a bus will run twice a week from Trin direction Alp Mora to Purcs. More information about the Alp Mora Bus can be found here.

Lifts
In order to bring guests up the mountain, the Falera - Curnius chairlift, the Laax - Crap Sogn Gion gondola and the Startgels - Grauberg gondola will start operation on Saturday, June 26, 2021 as well. Tickets are sold exclusively via the INSIDE LAAX app or the ticket shop.
Opening hours

LAAX E-Shuttle
The LAAX E-Shuttle can be booked from 26 of June via the INSIDE LAAX App at a fixed price of CHF 24 per trip. The shuttle service is available from 5pm to 10pm between Trin, Flims, Laax, Falera, Sagogn, Valendas and Schnaus. The E-Shuttle now offers bike transport for a maximum of 2 bikes.


Parks and trails
The GALAAXY Park on Crap Sogn Gion will be open for guests from Saturday. As of this season, entrance is already included in the lift ticket and no additional ticket is needed. In addition to the Nagens and Runca Trail, the Never End Trail will be open for mountainbikers from Saturday on as well. However, occasional snowfields are still to be expected.


Hiking
Hiking trails at higher altitudes (from 2,200 m a.s.l.) are not recommended until further notice due to persistent snowfields.

Weekend 12 - 13 June

Railway operation
The chairlift Flims - Foppa and also the chairlift Foppa - Naraus, are in daily operation. Mountain bikers are transported to Naraus and the Runca Trail is completely open and passable.

    Last ascent Flims - Foppa: 5.30 p.m.

Nagens Shuttle
From this weekend, 12 - 13 June 2021 and until the start of the main season on Saturday, 26 June 2021, the Nagens Shuttle will operate on Saturdays and Sundays to Alp Nagens, including bike transport. The regular timetable applies.

Nagens Trail
The Nagens Trail is open from Scansinas, with occasional snow fields.

Hiking trails
The hiking trail below Alp Nagens (No. 24) is passable. The hiking trail to the Segneshütte and the panoramic trail to Naraus (No. 19) are also open, but still covered with snow in some places. The upper part of the Trutg dil Flem from the Segneshütte to Punt Desch remains closed until further notice. Hikers can reach Punt Desch via the alpine road from the Segneshütte. You can check whether your planned hiking or biking tour is possible on the interactive snow cover map.

Weekend 3 - 6 June

Railway operation
In addition to the Flims - Foppa chairlift the Foppa - Naraus chairlift will also be in daily operation from Thursday June, 03 2021. Mountain bikers will be transported to Naraus and the Runca Trail will be completely open and passable.

The hiking trails at higher altitudes are still partly covered with snow. However, the Trutg dil Flem is passable from Punt Desch. Some parts are still slightly snow-covered, but not dangerous. You can check whether your planned hiking or biking tour is possible on the interactive snow cover map.

Via Ferrata Pinut open from Saturday, 05 June 2021
During more than 300 hours of work, the volunteers of the Pro Pinut Association have prepared the via ferrata for the new season. Among other things, 250 meters of rope were replaced and nearly 100 anchors were re-drilled and glued in place. Thus, the via ferrata Pinut will be open from Saturday, 05 June 2021. Some parts of the Scala Mola, the descent to Bargis, are still slightly snow-covered, however not dangerous.

Lake Cauma
The bathing season at Lake Cauma starts on Thursday, 03 June 2021. Entry prices for restaurant and bathing guests are as follows:

Bathing beach

  • Adults: Single admission CHF 19.00 / Season pass CHF 140.00
  • Children (6–17 years of age): Single admission  CHF 9.50 / Season pass CHF 70.00
  • Adults with guest card or locals: single admission CHF 8.00 / Season pass CHF 50.00
  • Child (6–17 years of age with guest card or locals: free
     

Restaurant entry (90min)

  • From 6 years: CHF 7.00 incl. consumption credit for a non-alcoholic beverage
     

In order to offer you a safe and unforgettable experience at Lake Cauma, we rely on "digital first". Tickets are limited and only available via the INSIDE LAAX app. This means you can buy one of the limited tickets directly from home and avoid long waiting times.

The ticket must be reloaded onto a keycard. If you already have a rechargeable data carrier, it can be loaded with the desired ticket from the comfort of your own home via the INSIDE LAAX app. The SwissPass and the wooden "Last Day Pass" can also be used as data carriers. If you don't have your own data carrier, you can simply book your ticket via the INSIDE LAAX app and pick it up at the pick-up station at Lake Cauma.

Mountain bikers are only transported to Foppa and reach the Runca Trail via Punt Gronda and Runca Höhe (no longer via Punt da Max). Access from Foppa is marked.

Lake Cauma
From the coming weekend, entry to Lake Cauma will be charged to all guests and will cost CHF 7 until further notice. You will receive a voucher for a non-alcoholic drink or INSIDE points.

Season end in Laax: No winter sports operation from 01 – 02 May 2021

Due to the bad weather forecast for the coming weekend, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided not to open the resort on the weekend and end the season.  

The past winter season 2020/21 will certainly remain unforgettable to us. Thank you for staying loyal despite the unusual situation and for visiting Laax.

The chairlift Flims – Foppa is already in daily operation. If you are drawn to lower altitudes, you can enjoy nature on an e-bike tour to Lake Cauma and the viewing platform "il Spir" in Conn or you can take a relaxing ride through the region in the Valendas shuttle bus. This weekend we expect sunny weather and good piste conditions again. The winter sports operation in Laax around Crap Sogn Gion is therefore possible. Access to the ski area is only possible from the Laax valley station. See below which lifts, pistes and snowparks are open or check laax.com/live for live updates.

Tickets online only: 
Half-day and day tickets are limited during the season extension as well and purchase is only possible via INSIDE LAAX App and in the webshop. Day and half-day tickets are not available at the ticket offices. We recommend buying your ticket before your arrival, so your place on the mountain is secured. If you have a season ticket (local season pass, TOPCARD, GraubündenCard or Surselva ski pass), we automatically extend its validity until the end of April 2021. For 1 and 2 May 2021, you need to buy a new ticket. If you already have a new TOPCARD for the 2021/22 season, you can pick up a free day pass at the ticket office (new TOPCARD must be presented).

Spring operation for pedestrians in Flims
You are on foot? The chairlift Flims – Foppa is in daily operation from 23 April 2021 on. Enjoy Easter in the snow! Whether it's a fast downhill run on the slopes, an action-packed session in the snow park or a leisurely winter walk - Flims Laax Falera offers you a variety of experiences.

Here you can find all the info about the upcoming easter weekend and about the extension of our winter season by three weekends.

Easter weekend(2 - 5 April 2021)

  • Liftoperatinghours: During Easter you can enjoy the mountain half an hour longer, if the weather permits:
    - Last slope check: 5.15 p.m.
    - Last descent Nagens - Flims: 5.15 p.m.
    - Last descent Crap Sogn Gion - Laax: 5.15 p.m.  
  • Weather and lifts: This weekend, we expect mostly sunshine and spring-like temperatures. All lifts, including those on the Flims side (except the Spaligna lift), are expected to be in operation. The chairlifts Flims – Foppa and Foppa – Naraus will be in operation for skiers and snowboarders to get to the Grauberg cable car. Pedestrians will be transported to Naraus as well. The slopes around Foppa and Naraus are no longer open. All other slopes, snow parks, winter hiking trails and snowshoe trails are open. Current information about weather and lifts you'll always find on laax.com/live or on the INSIDE LAAX app.
  • Lake Cauma lift: In addition to the facilities on the mountain, from 2 to 5 April, the Lake Cauma lift is in operation from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The access to the lake is free.  
  • Tickets online only: To make sure that you can enjoy perfect winter sports conditions safely and with enough distance, half-day and day tickets are limited and purchase is only possible via the INSIDE LAAX app and in the webshop. Day and half-day tickets are not available at the ticket offices. We recommend buying your ticket before your arrival, so your place on the mountain is secured. 
  • Forthebestexperience: To reduce the valley station's waiting times in the morning and to get you up the mountain as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to use the slopes to the valley after 11 a.m. This allows us to reduce the traffic on the valley lifts. The number of people in closed gondolas and cable cars is still limited to 2/3 of the intended capacity.  
  • Pedestrians: If you prefer to use the winter hiking trails, Flims Laax Falera offers you a wide choice of trails and paths
  • Restaurants: For the refreshment in between we offer you a wide take away offer in the winter sports area. You can find an overview of the restaurants here. Are you planning a trip to Lake Cauma? The restaurant there is also open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers take-away meals.


Weextendthe winter seasonuntil Sunday, May 02, 2021  

Good News: LAAX extends the winter season by three weekends. After the regular season end on Sunday, 11 April 2021, the ski area will thus be open additionally on the following weekends, if the snow conditions allow:

  • 17 - 18 April
  • 24 - 25 April
  • 1 - 2 May

The operation is planned around Crap Sogn Gion, Alp Dado, Curnius and Plaun. You can find out if the conditions allow the operation and which lifts and slopes are open on the respective weekend on Wednesday evenings on laax.com/news or on the INSIDE LAAX app.

    - Last piste patrol: 5 p.m.
    - Last descent Nagens - Flims: 4.45 p.m.
    - Last descent Crap Sogn Gion - Laax: 5.15 p.m.
  • Weather & lifts: This weekend we again expect very nice weather with lots of sunshine and mild temperatures. Even at the higher altitudes it is nearly windless. We expect to be able to put all lifts into operation. The slopes, parks, hiking trails and snowshoe trails are all open, with a few exceptions on the slopes.
  • Tickets online only: To make sure that you can enjoy perfect winter sports conditions safely and with enough distance, half-day and day tickets are limited and purchase is only possible via the INSIDE LAAX app and in the webshop. Day and half-day tickets are not available at the ticket offices. We recommend buying your ticket before your arrival, so your place on the mountain is secured.
  • For the best experience: To reduce the valley station's waiting times in the morning and to get you up the mountain as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to use the slopes to the valley after 11 a.m. This allows us to reduce the traffic on the valley lifts.
