From summer 2021, the world's longest treetop walk will connect the two villages of Laax Murschetg and Laax Dorf. Once you have reached platform height via one of the two access towers, the 1.5-kilometer-long walkway leads you through the forest - always at eye level with the trees. With a slide, four platforms with seatings along the way and a unique view of the surrounding landscape, the treetop walk offers a unique nature experience for the whole family.

Dogs* or animals of any kind are unfortunately not allowed on the trail. Exceptions for assistance and guide dogs. A lead is compulsory at all times.

As you make your way along the world’s longest treetop circuit in Laax, all your senses will be at their sharpest and you will experience the forest and the imposing mountain scenery as you have never done before. Enjoy the peace and quiet and listen to the birds singing, delight at the stunning views from, in places, an impressive height and discover the different types of tree and wood. A walk along the Senda dil Dragun is not only a fascinating nature experience in the fine weather; as the festive period approaches, the treetop circuit in Laax is transformed into a “winter wonderland”.
On the five adventure places of the treetop walk there are lots of interesting facts for young and old about the flora and fauna of Laax, exciting things to discover about the Surselva and the Grisons.
Digital experience for children
Children meet the magician Ami Sabi either in a 360° video or interactively thru AR, who guides them along the "Senda dil Dragun" together with his friends.
Digital experience for adults
Adults will meet the well-known actor Andrea Zogg, who they will meet as an AR figure on the tree-top walk. He talks about the formation of the Ruinaulta by the Flims landslide, the animal and plant life and the history of the people in the region.

Ami Sabi's friends, Um Selvadi and Tinfleida, are regularly on the trail and tell exciting stories, which ensure that the little ones also have a varied experience on the treetop path.

At the entry tower in Murschetg, a 73 m long spiral slide awaits our visitors. Hurtling down the longest slide in Laax while sitting on a mat is certain to be another highlight for families.
On the Senda dil Dragun, 38 nature boards now provide information about native animals, plants and tree types. Not only can you learn all kinds of things about nature around the tree-top walk, but you can also improve your knowledge of Rätoromanisch. The explanations are not only in German and English, but also in Rätoromanisch.
Five adventure places with seating, information worth knowing and great views, make the treetop walk a unique nature experience for young and old.

The trail is also open in bad weather. To be on the safe side, find out in advance via LAAX live whether the trail is open. Only in case of thunderstorms, hail, storms and ice, will we reserve the right to close the trail.
By car
If you are coming from Zurich or Basel, follow the A3/A13 motorway in the direction of Chur and take the Reichenau exit (No. 18). Then take route no. 19 and you will reach LAAX after about 30 minutes. Coming from San Bernardino, you also use the exit Reichenau (No. 18). You can park your car in the car park in LAAX Murschetg. The entrance to the tree top walk is above the parking garage in the rocksresort.
By public transport
If you arrive by train, the international train connections will bring you to Chur. From there you can reach our destination by bus in the direction of Flims. For access via the Murschetg tower, choose the Laax Bergbahnen stop, from there it is only a few steps to the treetop path. For access via the Dimplaun tower, the Laax Posta/Laax Dorf stop is suitable; from the Laax Posta stop it is approx. 20 minutes to the entrance at the Dimplaun tower. On the route from Laax Posta/ Laax Dorf there is also a shuttle that takes you to the entrance.
There is a large undergraound parking garage in Laax Murschetg.
You can borrow a tablet or smart phone including headphones for the digital experience on the trail at the ticket office in Laax Murschetg. Please return the tablet, mobile phone and headphones to the same place.

This depends on how much of a hurry you are in. If you are just walking from A to B, you should be in Laax Dimplaun/Laax Murschetg in 25 minutes. But if you want to enjoy nature and experience something, then your stay on the treetop path will take between 1 - 1.5 hours.
There is a lift at both entrance towers.
You are allowed to use the slide if you are at least 6 years old. Children under 6 travel free of charge if accompanied by an adult.
