The World Ski Awards will be awarded again this year and LAAX has been nominated as "Switzerland's Best Ski Resort" for the eighth year in a row. LAAX is also competing in the categories " World's Best Freestyle Resort" and with the rocksresort as "World's Best Green Ski Hotel". The awards are both jury and audience prizes and are among the World Travel Awards, which are considered the "Oscars of the travel industry".
