The (cabriolet) minibus connects the two sides of the Rhine Gorge on spectacular routes between Laax, Sagogn, Valendas, Imschlacht, Versam and Tamins. The bus runs daily from 27 June to 23 August 2026 and from 28 August to 18 October 2026 from Friday to Sunday. Please note the reservation obligation.

Who is eligible for a Guest Card?
Overnight guests in the Flims Laax destination who are required to pay the visitor tax are eligible for a Guest Card in accordance with the applicable regulations.
How do I get my Guest Card?
Your Guest Card is issued by your accommodation provider. They record the required information for your stay, after which the Guest Card is created automatically and sent to you by email. If you are staying with friends or family in a second home or holiday apartment, the Guest Card can be issued online on site using the designated QR code or link.
How is my Guest Card issued?
Depending on your accommodation provider, your guest details are recorded directly in the system, via a connected hotel or property management system (PMS), or through another digital process. Once all the required information has been entered, your Guest Card can be issued.
What information is required for the Guest Card?
To issue the Guest Card, we require information about your stay as well as your personal details. This includes, in particular, your first name, surname, arrival and departure dates, date of birth and email address.
How do I receive my Guest Card once it has been issued?
The Guest Card is sent to you by email. You will receive it as a PDF or Wallet file. You can then save it on your smartphone, add it to your Wallet or print the PDF.
Does each person receive their own Guest Card?
Yes. The Guest Card is personal and non-transferable. Anyone travelling with you must therefore also be registered and will receive their own Guest Card.
Do children need their own Guest Card?
Children up to and including the age of 13 are included in their parents Guest Card. If children use Guest Card offers without being accompanied by their parents, they need their own Guest Card.
When is my Guest Card valid?
The Guest Card is valid for the duration of your registered stay. The arrival and departure dates shown on your Guest Card determine its period of validity.
Can I receive my Guest Card before I arrive?
This depends on when your accommodation provider records your guest details and issues the Guest Card. As soon as the card has been issued, it will be sent to you by email.
Do I need to install an app?
No. You do not need an app to use the Guest Card. You can save it to your smartphone's Wallet, use the PDF version or print it out.
How do I add the Guest Card to my Wallet?
Open the Wallet file from the email on your smartphone and add the Guest Card to your Wallet. On an iPhone, you can use Apple Wallet. On Android devices, the card can be used with a compatible Wallet, such as Google Wallet.
Can I use the Guest Card offline?
Yes. If you save the Guest Card on your smartphone or add it to your Wallet in advance, you can also present it without an internet connection.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
No problem. The Guest Card can be printed out. Your accommodation provider or one of our Guest Information offices can assist you if required.
What happens if I delete or can no longer find the email containing my Guest Card?
In this case, please contact your accommodation provider. The Guest Card can be sent to you again.
I haven't received an email with my Guest Card. What can I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and make sure that the correct email address was provided. If you still cannot find your Guest Card, please contact your accommodation provider.
Can I give my Guest Card to someone else?
No. The Guest Card is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the person whose name appears on the card.
How is the Guest Card checked?
The Guest Card contains a personal QR code. This can be scanned by participating service providers.

No. The Zweitheimisch-Pass is intended for eligible second-home owners and other registered eligible persons. The Guest Card is intended for overnight guests who are required to pay the visitor tax.

How is my data protected?
Your data is processed securely and used only for the intended purposes relating to your stay and the issuing of the Guest Card. Only the information required for these purposes is processed.
