Choose between forests and lakes or go up the mountain and enjoy the views whilst hiking from restaurant to charming mountain hut and tasting one delicious course at each stop. Our culinary trails combine activity, nature and local dishes into an unforgettable experience.
One trail – three venues. On our culinary trail "Forest and Water", you will get to know both the culinary attractions and natural attractions of our region. You start off in Flims Waldhaus, where you can savour your first course in the Bistro Kaufmannfrauen. Then you make your way past Lake Cauma and along the Rhine gorge to Conn, where you can tuck into your main course. After a short detour to the Il Spir viewing platform, you will stop for dessert at the restaurant at Lake Cresta before returning to Flims via the impressive Felsbach gorge.

Your journey begins in Laax Murschetg. From here, you hike up to Tegia Larnags in around 30 minutes, where a delicious starter awaits you. Afterwards, the route continues uphill to the mountain restaurant Runca Höhe. After about one and a half hours of hiking, you’ll be rewarded with the second course – panoramic views included.
The trail then takes you along the award-winning “Trutg dil Flem” hiking path to the charming Restaurant Startgels. There, you’ll enjoy an exquisite main course that leaves nothing to be desired.
To finish, you head downhill to Berghaus Foppa, where a tempting dessert and a refreshing drink round off your culinary experience perfectly.
If needed, the descent from Foppa to Flims can be comfortably done by cable car (not included in the price).
