Local transport in Flims Laax

In Flims Laax, you can leave your car parked thanks to the many bus routes in the valley and on the mountain. The easiest way to find timetables and tickets is at sbb.ch or in the SBB Mobile App. Alternatively, you can buy your ticket from the ticket machines for public transport or from the bus driver. The Alp Mora Bus is an exception - you can find more information below.

If you want to be more flexible or need more space, car-sharing providers or cabs will take you to your destination.

PostBus & bus lines

PostBus lines 81 and 411

  • PostBus lines 81 and 411 connect the villages of Flims, Fidaz, Laax and Falera and continue to Chur and Ilanz.
  • With the Flims Laax Falera guest card, you, your child under the age of 13, dogs and bicycles travel free of charge between the stops Flims Vallorca, Fidaz Waldrand, Laax Caltgera and Falera center. From May to October, you must reserve your bike space on sbb.ch or in the SBB Mobile app for a fee.
  • With a mountain railway ticket valid for the day in question or a local ID from the municipalities of Flims, Laax or Falera you, your child under the age of 13, dogs and bicycles travel free of charge between the Flims Vallorca, Fidaz Waldrand, Laax Caltgera and Falera center stops. From May to October, you must reserve your bike space on sbb.ch or in the SBB Mobile app for a fee.
  • No seat reservation.

To and from Falera

Postbus no. 81: From Falera via Laax Posta to Chur

  • Every 30 minutes from 6 am bis to 8 pm
  • After 8 pm: Every 60 minutes until 12 pm
  • Additional courses during main season and on weekends 

Postbus no. 411: From Falera to Ilanz

  • Direct bus every 60 minutes from 7.45 am to 5.45 pm
  • Additional courses bevor 7.45 and after 5.45 pm (change bus in Laax)

  • Daily from 20 December 2025 until 6 April 2026 (Easter Monday)
  • Every 60 minutes from 9.30am until 2.30 pm from Flims to Bargis
  • Every 60 minutes from 10 am until 4 pm from Bargis to Flims

Be aware: A ticket is needed for the section between Fidaz (Waldrand) to Bargis! Owners of tickets and passes like GA, BÜGA, local resident card / guest card Flims Laax Falera, graubünden Pass national day passes (SBB) need to buy a ½-fare ticket. Tickets via SBB Mobile App or in the SBB Online Shop.
