The “Crap da Flem” gondola runs from Fidaz up to the Flimserstein at 2,050 metres. The gondola is here to transport the milk from the alp down tot he valley. But also guests can use this transport option, which allows you to start or finish your hike high up on the Flimserstein. It also gives you the option to conveniently shorten your return to the valley after completing the “Pinut” via ferrata by taking the gondola.

Behaviour in nature

You are in the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Tectonic Arena Sardona”. The nature up here is particularly sensitive and worth protecting. Please help preserve nature and the landscape through responsible behaviour:

  • Stay on marked trails
  • Take (your own) waste with you
  • Keep dogs on a leash
  • Do not pick plants
  • Respect alpine farming: keep your distance, close gates, and follow on-site instructions
  • Allow wildlife to retreat by standing still and remaining calm

Note: There is limited water on the Flimserstein—bring enough to drink!

Suckler-Cow-Farming, Guarding Dogs and Wolves
