Meditation at Lake Cresta

We meet in silence and immerse ourselves in the magic of the early morning. Nature brings us back into balance and inner peace. Together we cultivate mindfulness and strengthen our presence from moment to moment. No previous experience is required. Please bring something to sit on. Registration takes place in our Whatsapp group, where we also communicate in case of unclear weather conditions. Please contact the organizers for the invitation to the group.
