Five tips for your poor-weather programme

Bluebird days with beaming sunshine are the highlight of all skiing holidays. But even if it’s snowing, stormy or visibility is poor, LAAX has a whole host of activities to offer during bad weather. No matter whether it’s indoor playgrounds, action on the ice or cultural excursions, there’s no such thing as bad weather – you just need to choose the right activities.

1. Senda dil Dragun

The "Senda dil Dragun", the longest treetop path in the world, not only connects the two districts of Laax Murschetg and Laax village. The 1.56-kilometre-long footbridge offers our young and old guests the opportunity to experience the Laax forest at eye level with the trees and to enjoy the peace and quiet.

2. Culinary Trail

If the mountain is cloaked in fog, but you still want to spend the day in the great outdoors, our culinary trail is just what you’re looking for. You can hike from path to path across snowy winter hiking trails and savour a delicious three-course meal.

3. Yoga

Yoga means to combine joy and freedom. Practicing balance, strength, agility and coordination will improve your skills when gliding on water, snow or in a skate park and increase the fun factor. The integration of breathing and mindfulness techniques will have a lasting effect on body, soul and spirit. More information about yoga in Flims Laax Falera.

4. The Yellow House

If you are looking for a cultural activity on a snowy day, we recommend the Yellow House in Flims. With seasonal exhibitions and accompanying events, a visit to this museum is something very special.

5. Ice skating

If you prefer things a little more active, then you’ve come to the right place with our range of ice rinks. You can do some laps under cover in the sports centre or zip around the natural ice rink outdoors. You can also find two more magnificent ice rinks at Lake Laax and at the children’s playground in Falera.
